Last January 28th was the day for us to meet the Latvian cities that are also running for European Capital of Culture 2027. The Webinar “Match-making for ECoC 2027 candidate cities in Latvia and Portugal” was a moment for both Latvian and Portuguese cities to find what brings them together.
From Latvia, we said Hi to Cēsis, Daugavpils, Jelgava, Jēkabpils, Jūrmala, Kuldīga and Liepāja. The Portuguese candidate cities that were present were Braga, Aveiro, Coimbra, Évora, Faro, Guarda, Leiria and Oeiras.
An encounter that we hope will be the first of many!
