Art is constantly changing and does not allow itself to be limited or defined. And, in its fluidity, it plays an essential role in our individual and collective lives, with great transformative potential.
In this issue, we reflect on what is needed to create conditions for the establishment of a strong and diverse artistic community and how this community finds its audiences in the city.
We seek to understand the cultural and creative ecosystem that makes culture happen in our territory and to meet the agents that make up this ecosystem.
